PLB Consulting specializes in facilitation, training and consulting with humanitarian professionals.  Founder and director Pamela Lupton-Bowers has spent the past 30 years in adult professional development, and currently works with organizations around the world running a range of facilitation, team and leadership programmes, and training in-house trainers and facilitators.  Check out our website to get an idea of the work we do and see our photo gallery of recent workshops.

Pamela became a CPF in 2005 at the IAF Conference, Germany and renewed her certification last year.  With a couple of colleagues in 2006 she started the Geneva Facilitator Network which expects to become a chapter early next year; she is also IAF Europe Rep working with the brilliant IAF Europe team to promote IAF and support facilitators across the region.

The IAF Annual Conferences are a perfect way of introducing facilitators from across Europe and for cementing the skills and competencies that are the foundation for our success.  It’s for this reason that PLB Consulting is delighted to be supporting one of this year’s candidates for sponsorship. We were so impressed by the applicants’ passion for facilitation and their willingness to share that passion through their contribution to others through volunteer action.

On a personal note, I am extremely disappointed not to be able to join you all in Finland; prior commitments have me in the Maldives – I promise it is work. It looks to be a wonderful programme, and I wish organisors and participants every success and much enjoyment.
