The International Association of Facilitators (IAF) is a global organisation which was formed in 1994.  It is dedicated to raising the professional standards and status of facilitation and encourages the use of group process methodologies world-wide.  The Association is the foremost professional organisation for facilitators in the world and has members in more than 63 countries.

The IAF is divided into six regions all of which hold annual conferences.  This year’s IAF Europe Conference will be held in Helsinki set in an area of picturesque woodlands on the shores of the Gulf of Finland.

The conference is open to both members and non-members.  We expect up to 200 attendees from all sectors; corporate, government, non-profit, educational, and local community.  It will include consultants, trainers, in-house facilitators, negotiators, organisational advisors, coaches and anyone who may use methods of facilitation in their work.

The conference will be featured in the monthly IAF Europe Newsletters as well as on the IAF Global website.  The official conference website is www.iaf-europe-conference.org with strategically timed email circulations also promoting the event to potential delegates.

We are offering your organisation an opportunity to support this year’s conference and thereby contribute to the continued success of the IAF in Europe.  Sponsorship will increase your organisation’s profile and networking opportunities with delegate facilitators attending from around the world.  Each sponsorship package has been designed to give you the specific set of entitlements and benefits best suited to your needs to achieve your marketing and sales goals.

As a sponsor, you may opt to take a 3m x 2m exhibition space in the main reception area of the conference centre where all refreshment and meal breaks will be held.

If you decide to exhibit, your package will include a number of full delegate places for your people as part of the package. This gives your organisation valuable networking opportunities with delegates.  All accommodation and meals are included with these delegate places.

The Welcome Reception will be held in the main restaurant which will be followed by our Welcome Dinner.  This is an exclusive opportunity to maximise your recognition of conference support and your products and services.

One of the most important events of the entire weekend is Conference Reception and Celebration Dinner.  This will offer an exclusive opportunity to clearly identify your organisation’s position and support in this European facilitation community.

Your organisation will be exclusively identified on the conference delegate bag as part of your sponsorship package.  Many delegates continue to use their Conference bags for some time after these events, thereby continuing to raise the profile of your organisation.

Conference lanyards represent an exclusive awareness opportunity for the duration of the conference.  This will give the sponsor an increased and very visible profile among all attendees.

Four refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibition area during the conference. Your stand will be clearly identifiable at this time.  This will also give you an opportunity to network with delegates.

All sponsors will be recognised in the delegate pack which is handed to every delegate on registration.

There is the opportunity for sponsor(s) to be identified on all general signage for the conference.

The official conference website at www.iaf-europe-conference.org will give highly visible recognition by displaying your Company Logo on all main pages.  There is also the opportunity for these logos to link directly to your own website to make information about your organization even more accessible.
