The International Association of Facilitators (IAF) is a global organisation which was formed in 1994. It is dedicated to raising the professional standards and status of facilitation and encourages the use of group process methodologies world-wide. The Association is the foremost professional organisation for facilitators in the world and has members in more than 63 countries.
The IAF is divided into six regions all of which hold annual conferences. This year’s IAF Europe Conference will be held in Helsinki set in an area of picturesque woodlands on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. |
The conference is open to both members and non-members. We expect up to 200 attendees from all sectors; corporate, government, non-profit, educational, and local community. It will include consultants, trainers, in-house facilitators, negotiators, organisational advisors, coaches and anyone who may use methods of facilitation in their work. |
